Petaluma, CA · Since 1988 Rich's Paving is a family paving company out of Petaluma, at work in Sonoma County since 1988. Richard Stanley is a third-generation paving contractor, and his son works beside him on the crew today. We lay asphalt and pour concrete with our own equipment: driveways, parking lots, sealcoating, repair, grading and retaining walls, from Santa Rosa down through Novato and San Rafael.
