The City of Napa notes that Alta Heights was settled mostly in the years after 1900. After the 1906 San Francisco quake, many Italian families moved into its northern part, later known as Little Italy. An old driveway may have been paved over more than once, and the base under it can be thin. Our driveway paving in Napa starts with a check of what sits under the old surface.
